Exhibiting at The Stanford Harvest 3: Sara Abbott

Tuesday June 16 the exhibition ‘Stanford Local Art Harvest‘ opened in the gallery of  Stanford Harvest. Stanford is home to a variety of artists. In the course of this exhibition we will introduce them all in this blog. Today: Sara Abbott.

The exhibition lasts to 19 July.

“I AM VERY FORTUNATE TO HAVE BEEN LIVING A NUMBER OF YEARS IN THE BEAUTFUL OVERBERG AND IT CERTAINLY INSPIRES A WISH TO PAINT AND DRAW. CREATING ART IS A PASSION I HAVE FOLLOWED SINCE VERY YOUNG AND ALTHOUGH NOT FORMALLY TRAINED, I HAVE BEEN TAUGHT BY SOME VERY SPECIAL SOUTH AFRICAN ARTISTS, CURRENTLY, WHENEVER POSSIBLE, WITH GREG KERR.

NOTE: This Winter season Stanford Harvest is open Friday and Saturdays 9am to 4pm. Sundays 9am to 11am for breakfasts and 12am for Sunday Roast Buffet.
