Easter Sunday Lunch
Starters: Creamy homegrown spinach and feta phyllo parcels.
Mains: Harvest Table with Spanish style slow roast lamb, Mustard – crusted pork. Roast potatoes with coriander and Parmesan, pumpkin with caramelised onions , minted pea and avo salad.
Dessert: chocolate mousse and espresso pots served lemon biscotti.
